Principles of small group communication within a democratic society: Explores the foundational knowledge and practice of public speaking for effectively communicating informative and persuasive messages in a small group context. Introduces students to the theories, techniques, and methods of small group communication and rhetorical analysis. Develops speaking, participation, and leadership skills of effective communicators within the small group setting.
