Applied Sciences Programs of Study One of the primary missions of Lincoln Land Community College is to provide residents of the college district with the opportunity for education in vocational and technical fields. Applied sciences programs are designed to prepare students for immediate employment as highly skilled workers and technicians. In a dynamic approach to applied sciences education, the college maintains advisory committees for each of the applied sciences programs. The committees, whose members include specialists from business and industry, laypeople, and representatives of the college, help LLCC remain responsive to district employment needs.
