MAT 004 — Corequisite General Education Mathematics
Students in this course will receive additional support and instruction in order to successfully complete MAT 104 - General Education Mathematics. A number of fundamentals of numeracy will be incorporated including fractions and decimals with arithmetic operations in each, exponents, and the order of operations. Other topics will include basic problem solving, introductions to algebraic expressions and linear equations, solving formulas, exponential equations, and scientific notation. 14 (2 lecture hours)
