GED 101 - Adult Basic Education GED 101 - Adult Basic Education Develops the reading, writing, math, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required by adults in their roles as citizens, members of communities, parents, family members, and employees. Placement by TABE: Reading level 0 - 3.9. This course is a variable credit course. The amount of credit awarded shall be 0.5-16 credit hours each time the student successfully completes the course.
