COMM 20 — Interpersonal Communication Skills

Sending and receiving communication, including informative and persuasive messages: Listening, perception, verbal and nonverbal communication, critical thinking, conflict management, theories and techniques of interpersonal communication. Emphasis on foundational knowledge and practice of public speaking in a democratic society for relational, professional, and public settings.
