THEA 1800 — Introduction to Stagecraft (TAG) 3 Credits

This course introduces actors and non-actors to the theory and practice of planning, construction, maintaining, and decorating stage scenery. Topics include scenic materials, construction techniques, and stock scenic units, working drawing tools, stage hardware, and scene painting techniques. Instruction involves demonstrations, student projects, and hands-on experiences.
