PPSP7 — Food Service Skills II
Learn about the culinary arts in a professional setting by preparing simple dishes with fresh and healthy ingredients. Build on your basic knowledge of food safety by learning from professional chefs who will introduce you to working in a busy kitchen and might even share some secrets of their delicious recipes. Classes will be held at Whole Foods Market in Deerfield. Course Fees include cost of ingredients that students will use for cooking their own lunch.
