PPRO93 — Performance Management
Building on the skills learned in Managing Your Interpersonal Styles for Greater Success and Versatile Leadership workshops, participants learn the importance of their role as leaders in the performance and productivity of the work group. Develop new management competencies to respect and value individual differences and developmental levels of employees and to manage them appropriately. Recognize the importance of individual initiative, responsibility and contribution to achieving company goals and objectives. In addition, you will learn that people tend to behave differently in groups than they do as individuals. So along with the effect our individual behavioral styles have on a team’s effort, the interactions between various team members become major factors in a team’s success or failure. This workshop will give you an opportunity to identify, explore, and discuss the effects of individual behavioral styles and developmental levels on your team.
