HRM is a fundamental component of any organization's competitiveness, effectiveness, and sustainability, as it influences who is hired, how training and evaluation are conducted, as well as compensation, and what steps are taken to retain them. As such, HRM plays a vital role in predicting employees? attitudes, behaviors, and performance.
