ESC128 — Great Mysteries of the Earth
This course is for those interested in examining mysteries, myths, and pseudoscience of the natural world through the application of the scientific method. Content areas such as creation and history of the Earth, mysterious places and landforms, mythical creatures and the fossil record, epic natural disasters, and the power of crystals will be explored. Major topic examples may include Atlantis, Talismans and Crystal Healing, Noah’s Flood, and Bigfoot.
