Take a break for creative expression, connection and mindfulness in this hour-long workshop. Participate in brief movement or meditation to arrive in the virtual space, then spend 20-30 minutes writing, followed by discussion. Prompts will be given to help you get started. Feel free to bring an ongoing writing project, although it's not required.
