Students learn the use of probability techniques, hypothesis testing, and predictive tech - niques to facilitate decision-making. Topics include: descriptive and inferential statistics that include levels and types of measure - ment; measures of central tendency and dispersion; normal dis - tributions; analysis of variance, chi-square, and t-tests; probability and hypothesis testing; and correlation and linear regression. Stu - dents apply technology to statistical analysis, including in the inter - pretation of the relevance of the statistical findings.
