Satisfactory completion is equivalent to the grade of “C” or better. A student with unsatisfactory performance will be assigned a “No Pass” grade. Grade Point Calculation Units earned on a Pass/No Pass basis are not included in GPA cal - culations. However, units attempted for which the “NP” (No Pass) symbol is recorded shall be considered in probationary and dis - missal procedures. Conversion to Letter Grade Credit earned in a Pass/No Pass course cannot be converted to a letter grade.
