1.00 Units (Lab 2 Hrs) Transfer Credit: CSU, UC Prerequisite: KIN251-1 Students progress in the physical practice of yoga asana, moving beyond beginning level positions and sequences, developing bal - ance in body alignment, flexibility, and strength. The students learn asanas (positions), terminology, and gain greater understanding of yoga philosophy and its application to daily life.
