KIN 230 — CARDIOKICKBOXING SKILLS
1.00 Units (Lab 3 Hrs) Transfer Credit: CSU, UC Students learn a non-contact aerobic activity designed to teach basic kicking and punching techniques to improve overall fitness and increase bio mechanics training including: cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Weights, steps, and calisthenic exercises may also be utilized.
