ANT 203 - Introduction to Archaeology ANT 203 - Introduction to Archaeology An introduction to the subfield of anthropology which studies the prehistory and history of humankind. The class also examines archaeological concepts including research and methods for study of prehistoric cultures. Emphasis will be placed on the excavation and discoveries of material culture, methods of dating artifacts, analysis of artifacts and interpretation of findings.
