Direct supervision is provided by the clinical professional. This beginning level course s students synthesize new knowledge, apply previous knowledge, & gain experience managing workflow. Practical experience is simultaneously related to theory. Close and/or direct supervision is provided by the clinical professional (faculty), generally in a clinical setting. Content includes applicable DEC competencies. Concurrent enrollment in RNSG 1413 (Foundations of Nursing Practice) is required. Successful completion of both theory and clinical courses is required for progression.
