EET 251 — Motor Controls I and Rotating Machinery Combined
Students will focus on the construction, operation and maintenance of DC motors and generators and AC motors and alternators. Examines the diversity of control devices and applications used in industry today. Emphasizes the importance of safety and electrical lockouts. Lecture: 3 credits (45 contact hours); Laboratory: 4 credits (120 contact hours).
