DMS 249 — Cardiac Clinical Education IV
Requires entry-level or above proficiency in scanning skills and knowledge in adult echocardiography. Introduces echocardiography of the pediatric patient and use of advanced techniques such as contrast, strain, and 3D echocardiography. Compares current with previous scans and tailoring the exam as indicated by findings encountered during the examination. Clinical: 8 credits (480 contact hours).
