MAFT 1323 — : Lean and Quality Overview
hours (3 lecture/0 lab) This course provides the student with an introduction to the eight critical quality management areas: customers, leadership, strategic planning, human resource development, information flow and knowledge management, project management and business results. Emphasis is on the industrial applications of Lean and Quality Management principles, tools, and techniques.
