The one-year curriculum includes classroom instruction laboratory and computer experience, and a Practicum with direct patient contact in an ambulatory care clinic. This program can be completed part-time. Graduates are eligible for the Certified Medical Assistant exam and most employers re- quire certification within one year of graduation.
