HSP 206 — Front Desk Operations
Prerequisite: HSP 101 or consent of department A study of the functions and activities of the front office operations in the lodging industry. Includes desk operations, reservations, sales, communication and guest ser- vices and revenue management. The use of simulations, computers, role playing, and lodging operation shadowing strengths the expertise.
