Hospitality Management Certificate 31 Credit Hours The Hospitality Certificate prepares the student to work in the lodging industry. Stu- dents acquire skills in supervision and leadership, front desk operation, sales, marketing, purchasing and cost control. Students will take the necessary coursework to enable the individual to take the State of Illinois Food Service Sanitation Manager's Certification and the State of Illinois BASSET certification.
