CUA 255 — Field Experience Savory
A minimum of 200 hours of supervised practical experience in an approved food service system assigned by the Coordi- nator. Students are supervised jointly by director on the job and by the college instructor. Students gain practical expe- rience in food services. This course may be repeated for a total of 6 hours credit.
Prerequisites: CUA 101, CUA 112S, CUA 110
