This course provides an overview of the legal and social envi- ronment for business operations with emphasis on contempo- rary issues and their subsequent impact on business. T opics include Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the legislative process, civil and criminal law, administrative agencies, trade regula - tions, consumer protection, contracts, employment and per- sonal property.
