AET 241 — Building and Zoning Code
Students learn from the basic principles of building and zoning codes. The course includes the study of fire and life safety design and construction requirements and zoning regulations. Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to apply building code and requirements in planning and designing buildings.
Prerequisites: CMT 101S, AET 101S, CMT 102
