................... 3 cr. .............................................................................2 Lec./3 Lab hrs./week Pre-Req: BIOL 2010, PSYC 1030, OTAP 1310, 1210, 1220 Co-Req: None This course will address mental health limitations and obstacles to occupational engagement for individuals and populations. Common diagnoses and treatment environments will be presented. Treatment for areas of occupation (ADL, IADL, education, work, play, leisure, and social participation), activity demands, client factors and context will be reviewed. Students will be required to develop applications for enabling function and physical well- being.
