NRSG 113 - Maternal-Child Nursing Clinical NRSG 113 - Maternal-Child Nursing Clinical Emphasis is placed on the prevention of illness and the maintenance, promotion, and restoration of health as well as the support of death with dignity and implementation of the ordered plan of treatment. Knowledge of principles of growth and development are utilized to adapt therapeutic communication, therapeutic intervention, and reinforce teaching-learning techniques to provide nursing care to children, childbearing, and childrearing families.
