LEGS 101 - Introduction to Legal Studies LEGS 101 - Introduction to Legal Studies Students will explore three broad areas: how the legal system is organized , how to research and analyze the law , and the fundamentals of major legal fields such as constitutional rights, contracts, torts, property, and criminal law . The course builds a strong foundation for advanced legal studies while strengthening skills in critical thinking, research, and professional communication that are valuable in many careers.
