EXER 114 - Physical Cond & Strength Train EXER 114 - Physical Cond & Strength Train Students will be introduced to the five basic principles of fitness and the variety of exercise modalities available to develop specific conditioning effects in individuals necessary for the creation of a balanced exercise program. The course will also cover the theories of fitness programming, rules for spotting exercises for safety and injury prevention in an exercise environment. MAJOR COURSE LEARNING
