DMSI 130 - Ultrasound Physics IV DMSI 130 - Ultrasound Physics IV In this course, sonographic artifacts will be discussed. The conditions that will produce artifacts and how to prevent or correct them will be covered. Ultrasound bioeffects and quality improvement processes used in diagnostic sonography will be discussed. Basic statistics and formulas used in quality improvement programs will be applied and practiced. With the information of bioeffects and quality testing, complete realization of the prudent use of sonography should be understood by the end of this course. MAJOR COURSE LEARNING
