ASEP 209 - GM ASEP Engine Performance Systems II ASEP 209 - GM ASEP Engine Performance Systems II Emphasis is placed on advanced diagnosis, service, and repair of electronic control module (ECM) input sensors and output actuators, with specific attention to ECM emission-control strategies and techniques. Students practice the proper use of precision measuring tools and GM-specific service equipment to diagnose, service, and repair engine-performance systems. Throughout the course, students complete required modules in GM’s Center of Learning (service technician online training) and continue their preparation for nationally recognized ASE certification exams.
