LGL 220 — FAMILY LAW

This course will present an overview of the law relating to dissolution of marriage, separation, annulment, paternity, custody, guardianship and adoption. Students will be expected to understand substantive and procedural aspects of the law presented. Students will draft a complaint, a judgment, and a motion.
