HD 191 — ADMINISTRATION II: PERSONNEL AND LEADERSHIP IN ECE

This course presents effective strategies for personnel management and leadership in early care and education settings. Students will learn about legal and ethical responsibilities, supervision techniques, professional development, and reflective practices for a diverse and inclusive early care and education program. It is one of two courses in administration and partially meets requirements for directors under Title 22 and for the Child Development Center Permit issues by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
