COMM 106A — FORENSIC ACTIVITY A

In COMM 106A students prepare and present materials for college-sponsored speech and forensic activities, tournaments and festivals, high school assemblies, and civic organizations. Events include debate, public speaking, and oral interpretation. Participation in at least one forensic event is required for credit. Students spend two hours in class and at least two hours outside of class per week to earn one unit of credit. This course is offered on an open-entry/open-exit basis. A combination of COMM 106A, 106B, and 106C may be taken a maximum of four times. C-ID: COMM 160B
