AESL 584 — ENGLISH FOR REAL ESTATE

This AESL course prepares intermediate English language learners for a career related to real estate and noncredit or credit courses in the real estate program. Emphasis will be on developing the vocabulary and oral communication skills needed to interact with clients, agents, and other real estate professionals. In addition, students will build cultural awareness of the American real estate system. Class activities include learning housing terminology, listening to example conversations, participating in role plays, and writing text messages/letters/e-mails to clients and real estate professionals. This is a noncredit open-entry/open-exit course.
