MUS258 — Applied Woodwind I

1.0 HR. (TC) Prerequisite: Concurrent enrollment in one of the following ensembles: MUS 130, 230, 131, 231, 132, 232, 134, 234, 137, 237, 138, 238, 164, or 264; and department approval. This Applied Woodwind provides individual woodwind instruction for the student planning to major in music. The student is expected to register for Applied Music each semester. This course should be taken for two semesters before moving on to MUS 259 Applied Woodwind II and must be taken with concurrent enrollment in a large ensemble. It may be repeated three times for credit. One lecture hour per week.
