MEDO119 — Intro to Pharmacology for Med
2.0 HR. (OC) Prerequisite: Admission to the Medical Assistant Program and concurrently enrolled in MEDO 125. This course provides an introduction of pharmacology for the medical assistant. Emphasis will be placed on basic drug terminology, drug classifications, and a drug's effect on the different body systems. Two lecture hours per week.
