DHYGN139 — Special Populations
1.0 HR. (OC) Prerequisite: Admission to ICC Dental Hygiene Program, BIOL 210 and CHEM 115, both with a grade of C or better. Discussion in this course will focus on the signs and symptoms, as well as in office and home care modifications that are associated with special needs patients, geriatric, and pediatric patients. Acceptance into the Dental Hygiene Program is required to enroll in the course. One lecture hour per week.
