3.0 HR. (TC) Prerequisite: CRJ 225 with a grade of C or better or department approval. This course is designed to acquaint the student with the kinds of evidence and the rules governing the admissibility of evidence in court, including the effect of court decisions on the acquisition and admissibility of evidence, criminal procedural steps from court to conviction, and acquittal or dismissal. Three lecture hours per week.
