CCMA140 — Med Asst Clincl Practicum
3.0 HR. (OC) Prerequisite: CCMA 110, CCMA 115, CCMA 120, CCMA 125 and CCMA 130 all with a C or better. Students will participate in a medical assisting clinical practicum with at least 160 unpaid clinical contact hours in an approved clinical-affiliated practicum site. This course will emphasize critical thinking skills based on cognitive knowledge for competence in the medical assisting profession.
