CCMA135 — Med Asst to Practice
2.0 HR. (OC) Prerequisite: CCMA 110, CCMA 115, CCMA 120, CCMA 125, and CCMA 130 all with a grade of C or better. This course is designed to teach medical assistant students how to be professionals in allied health. Students will learn how to be responsible students and employees and communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Students can begin building their resume and portfolio. This course will also focus on preparation for professional certification. Two lecture hours per week.
