BIOL210 — Microbiology
4.0 HR. (TC) Prerequisite: Approved reading placement score, or equivalent, AND completion of BIOL 140, or 160, or 205 with a grade of C or better or department approval. This course involves the study of the cultivation, morphology, physiology, pathology, reproduction, genetics, and control of bacteria. Activities of yeasts, protozoa, algae, and molds, along with investigation of their economic importance, are included. Two lecture and four laboratory hours per week.
