ASL111 — American Sign Language 2
4.0 HR. (TC) Prerequisite: ASL 110 with a C or better, or appropriate score on placement exam. This course builds upon the foundations established in ASL 110, expanding students’ expressive and receptive skills in American Sign Language. Emphasis is placed on developing a broader vocabulary, enhancing the skills in ASL parameter accuracy, non-manual markers, fingerspelling, numbers, and basic conversational skills. Three lecture hours and two laboratory hours per week.
