MTH2283 — Discrete Mathematics

A study of mathematical structures that are fundamentally discrete rather than continuous in nature. The course includes a study of logic, mathematical writing and proofs, an introduction to set theory, relations, and counting methods. Prerequisites: MTH 1243 or MTH 1274; MTH 1294 recommended.
