MGM4093 — Organizational Behavior
This course addresses the application of behavioral science theories and research to understanding the behavior of persons in the workplace. The course aims to help students develop an understanding of human behavior and develop people skills. The course will emphasize those factors that impact workers’ morale, group dynamics, and worker efficiency, including the impact of technology on work behavior in modern business organizations.
