This course will focus on the management of beef, swine, sheep, and goat operations. All aspects of management from breeding to marketing will be covered in the course. Analysis of current trends and issues involving the livestock industry will be included in the course. Quality Assurance Programs of the various livestock industries will be utilized throughout the course.
