Topics covered include principles of real estate, real estate law, landlord tenant relationships, ownership and transfer of real property, legal descriptions, taxes, closing disclosures and procedures, fair housing, real estate appraisal, financing, and general overview of both State and Federal laws regarding the real estate industry.
