MGMT 2125 - Performance Management MGMT 2125 - Performance Management Develops legal counseling and disciplinary techniques to use in various workplace situations. Topics include: the definitions of coaching, counseling, and discipline; importance of the coaching relationship; implementation of an effective counseling strategy; techniques of effective discipline; and performance evaluation techniques. Note: Students enrolled in this course will be assessed a $70 cost recovery course fee in addition to tuition and fees. Fees are subject to change at the end of any semester. Class - 3, Lab - 0.
