The requirements for this course may be met in a laboratory setting. Topics include: permanent waving and relaxers; hair color and lightening; hair and scalp treatments; haircutting; dispensary; styling; reception; safety precautions/decontamination; Hazardous Duty Standards Act compliance; and state licensure preparation.
